Why Should I Have My Handlebars Professionally Installed?
Common issues when your "Buddy" installs your bars:
- Pinched wires - can cause electronics to be inoperable.
- Misrouted cables and hoses - causes brakes and/or clutch not to work or bind when turning.
- Stripped fasteners - requiring repairs and/or replacement of brackets, clamps, etc.
- Over/under tightened - resulting in stripped fasteners or bars that may collapse when weight is applied.
